I had never done a running tour before but what a great way to see the strip. And boy the things you see at 7am on the Vegas strip!
Jimmy, the tour guide, had communicated with me ahead of time so knew what I was interested in. We got to see the Elvis wedding chapel & the old Vegas sign. He also had downloaded a lot of old photos to his phone & had us stop at certain places so he could show me the old photo compared to how it looks now.
And I was smart enough to book the tour first morning, so 7am Las Vegas time felt like 10a NC time to me. My guess is later in the week it would have been harder to get up & go that early.
