This is where it all began……
For some unknown reason back in my mid-40’s I figured I had better run a 5K before I hit 45 years old. After crossing that finish line, I’ve kept on going.
Nervous, excited, ecstatic all explain how I felt that morning. I remember part of the warm up was Pharrell Williams song “Happy”. I will always smile when I hear that song.
