Pancake Pursuit 10K
May 2019 – New Bern

Pancake Pursuit…. like I couldn’t do this race?!?!
Not the prettiest, but pancakes! The sun made it much warmer than anticipated and not a lot of water stops along the way made for a tough morning. At one point I think I noticed vultures circling. Needed a nice long nap after this one.
New Bern is a cute little town and after the nap we had plenty of time to explore. Another one that is on the list of places we want to get back to again.
