Leg 3 was out & over the Emerald Drive bridge onto the OBX. I volunteered for this one, and it was as good as I expected. The views out over the estuary & to the island were beautiful from the bridge. Added bonus, there was a fishing tournament going on, so lots of folks out on the water to wave at.
Running the Vines May 2018 – Dobson Jon and Brooke met us for the weekend and we all walked the 5K together. Started at Shelton Vineyards out into the countryside & back. Gray day, but the rain held off for us. Enjoyed some of Shelton’s wines and tried a couple other vineyards in the area.
