53 days after my surgery I finished this 10K. It was slow and it sometimes hurt, but I got it done. Having been on rest for several weeks, I realized how much I really enjoyed running. Felt good to get this under my belt and know that I was back running again.
Running the Vines May 2018 – Dobson Jon and Brooke met us for the weekend and we all walked the 5K together. Started at Shelton Vineyards out into the countryside & back. Gray day, but the rain held off for us. Enjoyed some of Shelton’s wines and tried a couple other vineyards in the area.

Seaboard Festival 5K October 2024 – Hamlet 5K tied to a Seaboard Train festival. Nice run through town before the festival kicked into gear. Good weather and a cute town. After pancakes we made it back into town to checkout the festival & Seaboard Train museum.
